Paul Shoucair is civil justice attorney who
is the managing shareholder of the Law Offices of Paul Shoucair, P.A. He represents clients in injury or death
claims including negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse or neglect. He also represents clients
in business and insurance claims. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida. He obtained
his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Mr. Shoucair now represents people injured in accidents and other negligence claims. He previously
represented health care providers in medical malpractice and has experience handling medical malpractice claims involving
the areas of surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, internal medicine, medical errors, heart attacks, pharmacy prescription errors
and mistakes, emergency room care, and the failure to diagnose cancer.
Mr. Shoucair is also experienced handling claims involving nursing home abuse and neglect claims involving
accidents, falls, injuries, malnutrition, dehydration, weight loss, pressure sores and bed sores, cuts and bruises,
pharmacy prescription errors or mistakes and wrongful death.
Mr. Shoucair is a frequent speaker on issues relating to nursing
home care. He has presented continuing education lectures to nurses and legal nurse consultants for their certification
program. He has also spoken at seminars sponsored by the dietary managers on issues related to care of nursing
home residents, such as malnutrition and dehyration and how these conditions relate to other conditions like pressure sores.
Mr. Shoucair handles cases involving car and motorcycle accidents, truck,
bus and drunk driver accidents, boating accidents, falls on premises, funeral home negligence, attacks in malls, parking
lots, or business locations and other claims involving negligence and wrongful death.
Mr. Shoucair also represents clients in business and insurance claims such as the failure to
pay for goods or services, fraud (real estate or business) and many insurance claims where claims or coverage is rejected
(i.e. insurance denials). These include life insurance, homeowner claims, hurricane claims and business insurance
denial of coverage.
Mr. Shoucair has 17 years experience
in the practice of law and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
and all courts of the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Florida Justice Association.
